The device serves as the auxiliary circuit control loop for circuit breaker operation, has a set of three-phase double trip coil circuit loop and can provide three sets of three-phase single trip coil circuit loop simultaneously.The three-phase double trip circuit breaker operation circuit has a pressure lock circuit and is adapted to various three-phase double trip coil circuit breakers. The three-phase single trip circuit breaker is suitable for circuit breaker control operation with single trip coil at 110 kV and below.The device also provides one or two sets of double bus belt bypass system secondary voltage switching loop.The device can choose different configurations according to different needs to realize the great expansion of resource utilization.1.2 Device Summary The device adopts a single-layer chassis and the combination of plug-ins, which ensures the flexible and convenient configuration.The large configuration of the device includes: a set of three-phase double trip coil circuit breaker operating loop, three sets of three-phase single trip coil circuit breaker operating loop and two sets of double bus with bypass system secondary voltage switching loop.The device provides 22 combinations, and different circuit combinations can be selected as necessary.The three-phase double trip coil breaker operating loop consists of three plug-ins, and the three-phase single trip coil breaker operating loop consists of two plug-ins.Each set of operation circuit includes closed relay, manual closing loop, breaker jump circuit, manual trip loop, closing monitoring loop, jump monitoring loop, pressure monitoring loop, signal loop, abnormal pressure locking and alarm loop, spring energy storage monitoring loop, operating power monitoring loop and panel signal indication function, etc.The device can realize the automatic switching of the secondary voltage of one to two sets of double bus (with bypass) system, to ensure that when the electrical components connected to the double bus (with bypass) wiring system are running, the primary system and the secondary system are corresponding, so as to prevent the protection and automatic device.The voltage switching relay adopts double-position relay to ensure the reliability of voltage switching.In order to prevent the failure of the gas (liquid) pressure locking link due to poor contact with the tripping gas (liquid) pressure contacts in operation, the pressure monitoring relay 1YJJ, 2YJJ and 3YJJ also have warning signals.
